Can I return my item?
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from receipt of goods. We cannot offer refunds for items if we are not contacted regarding them before 30 days has passed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be sent as tracked postage and the customer is liable for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is returned due to an incorrect product description.
We cannot provide returns for items where the faults/damage is clearly noted in the product description.
We cannot provide returns for items where the Trendlistr tags have been removed prior to sending the item back. Removing the tag from the item indicates acceptance of the item as a purchase that has fulfilled the criteria of the buyer.
How do I make a return / Exchange?

- Your order number
- Items you are returning
- Reason for Return
